    Overview of carbon fiber autoclave

    Carbon fiber autoclave, glass fiber autoclave is the key process equipment of polymer matrix composite component products molding, belonging to the composite autoclave. Autoclave molding process is to seal the composite blank, honeycomb sandwich structure, or bonded structure with a vacuum bag on the mold, placed in the autoclave, in the vacuum (or non-vacuum) state, through the process of subsection heating, subsection pressure, subsection insulation (medium temperature or high temperature) pressure preservation, cooling pressure relief, so that it becomes the molding process of the required shape and quality state products. The forming process of carbon fiber autoclave and glass fiber autoclave is one of the main forming methods of composite material structure, honeycomb sandwich structure and metal or composite material bonding structure. The main application areas of autoclave are aerospace, aviation, national defense, electronics, automobiles and other vehicles, boats, sports equipment and other composite materials.
