Can lid switch


1) The use of cantilever plate slide rail, reducer drive, can make the door move to the side to minimize the space occupied. The opening/closing of the lid is realized by a pair of meshing gear mechanisms.


2) The tank door is designed as an independent support structure, which can prevent the deformation of the tank mouth flange during long-term use, resulting in difficulty in opening and closing the door. Can lid seal


The sealing device of autoclave adopts double V-type fluoro rubber sealing ring, which has a temperature resistance of 280℃. The sealing ring is inflated in the rear slot to make it deform, which ensures the reliability of the sealing ring for long-term work.


Safety protection device


The lid can only be opened when the gauge pressure inside the autoclaved tank is equal to zero. The autoclave cannot be pressurized and heated until the lid is fully locked.


The opening operation of the can lid is provided with 3 safety interlocks, and the opening operation is allowed only when the 3 safety interlocks are unlocked. The operation is controlled by electronic logic.


Safety interlocking device:


- Safety pressure switch: Diagnose minimum pressure. The lid of the tank can be opened only when the pressure inside the tank is consistent with atmospheric pressure.


- Electrically controlled mechanical locking device: This mechanical device ensures the complete closure of the tank lid, which is driven by a reducer and controlled by a safety electronic logic system.


- Zero pressure valve: manual switch. When the lid of the autoclave is opened or closed, the operator is forced to check the zero pressure of the autoclave.


The switch operation of the lid is effective only after the electronic logic system of the safety device has been approved (after the safety lock device has been unlocked).


In addition, due to the large tank, safety devices with people in the tank are set. When people enter the tank, pull the safety device to ensure that the outside can not turn the lid and start the fan to ensure the safety of personnel inside the gate. Heating, cooling and ventilation systems


The thermopress tank is equipped with a stainless steel heat exchanger with finned tube, which is welded in one piece and connected to the water tank. The heat exchanger has a large heat exchange area, to ensure that there is still enough heat exchange efficiency after long-term operation pollution, to meet the requirements of cooling rate.


The air circulation in the autoclave is completed by the circulating air duct composed of centrifugal fan, air duct and guide plate. The circulating air volume is calculated according to the heat loss and temperature uniformity of the tank. The motor shaft power is determined according to the total pressure and rated air volume of the fan and the speed of the fan to meet the requirements of temperature uniformity under different pressures.


Thermal insulation layer


The insulation material is made of aluminum silicate fibers, which are stuffed between the surface of the autoclave and the metal plate (stainless steel) that protects them, preventing the transfer of temperature inside the tank to the surface.


Control system


According to the different requirements of customers and process characteristics to provide different control schemes, mainly including: PLC, monitoring software, PC.


Through these standard configuration systems, relying on PLC can achieve process automation, control all switching sequence, analog signals and digital signals and other logical relationships.

Automatic control


System control is completed by PLC, PC computer screen display. Obtain the real-time operation status of equipment and machines, confirm the sequence of data groups and integrate individual control loops.


Process description


Hot pressing curing of composite materials refers to the polymerization of carbon fiber and resin in the mold under a certain temperature and pressure. Resin polymerization in autoclave must meet the following conditions:


1) Heating temperature control;

4) The pressure to change its density.


Curing molding of composite materials includes the following stages:
