Vulcanization tank is the earliest vulcanization equipment used in the production of rubber products. Although other vulcanization equipment has developed greatly over the years, the vulcanization of many rubber products (hose, rubber shoes, rubber rolls) cannot be separated from it until today. Even mold products, tape products box cable products also have the application of vulcanization tank vulcanization, vulcanization tank is still one of the basic equipment for vulcanization.

Vulcanization tank design: The design pressure of the vulcanization tank is 2.0Mpa, the design temperature is 214 degrees, the respective inner diameter is D700mm, D900mm, D1200mm, the medium is steam, the effective depth of the tank is 1000mm. The tank is designed, manufactured, tested and accepted in accordance with GB150 "Steel Pressure Vessel" and "Pressure vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations". After the equipment is completed, the pressure vessel should be provided with random data. The tank shall implement insulation measures, and the insulation effect shall reach the surface temperature not exceeding 60 degrees (the ambient temperature is 30 degrees). The surface of the insulation layer is covered with 0.5mm aluminum plate.

1, vulcanization tank hydraulic system: vulcanization tank operation related to the cover, lock cover and other actions, this part of the action is completed by the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system includes related control valves, hydraulic control check valves, oil cylinders, etc., excluding oil pumps. Hydraulic system design should meet the requirements of driving force and speed. The main hydraulic components are imported products, and the accessories are made of domestic high-quality components.

2, vulcanized tank compressed air system: the main role of the compressed air system is to provide the power of the pneumatic control valve and the pneumatic cut-off valve. The air source is decompressed by a set of overworry decompression purification device. The pipes are connected with copper pipes.

3, vulcanization tank steam piping system: steam piping system reference drawings provided by the manufacturer design and configuration. Pneumatic film adjustment using imported company brand, pneumatic cut-off valve using imported company products, other valves using domestic high quality valves. Pipeline layout should be reasonable, beautiful, and conducive to operation and maintenance. Pipe connection should be reliable, there should be no running, bubbling, dripping phenomenon.

4, vulcanization tank vacuum system: used to control the suction of the inner kettle.

5, curing tank control system: semi-automatic or fully automatic control system, including temperature control, pressure control, etc.
