    Autoclave is a large steam equipment, which can be used to steam sand brick, fly ash brick, slag brick, aerated concrete block, cement pipe pile and other cement products.     The autoclave produced by our company absorbs the advantages of similar foreign products and is developed. The finite element analysis and various stress tests are carried out on the main pressure elements of autoclave, and the strength calculation is perfected.




    Autoclave structure is steel horizontal cylinder design, the entire autoclave body is made of Q345R steel plate coil, the autoclave body flange, the cover flange are processed by the whole 16MN-ⅱ forging. The welds of the pressure parts are subjected to strict X-ray non-destructive testing and heat treatment according to industry standards such as GB150-2011 Pressure Vessel. The seal of the kettle door is made of imported rubber sealing ring produced by professional manufacturers, which is simple to install, good sealing and long service life. According to different parts of the tank body support, there are three forms of fixed support, movable support and end support. Better adapted to the thermal expansion and contraction of the kettle body, to ensure that the steam distribution pipe and guide rail, we are more for the sake of users, specially set up a sealed steam hood, drain cover.




    Products complete, manual or computer control. The autoclave door adopts movable quick-opening structure, which is opened and closed by hand reducer, or electric, pneumatic and hydraulic opening and closing according to user requirements. The equipment is equipped with a complete safety interlocking protection device, which avoids the hidden danger of misoperation to the maximum extent, and ensures the safe operation of autoclave and the safe production of the operator. The opening form of the kettle door has two kinds of side opening and upper opening for users to choose. The side-open type adopts the rotating arm type door opening structure, which is flexible in rotation, low in operation, simple and convenient in opening; The upper open type adopts lever-type door structure, the lower end of the lever is connected with the kettle door, and the upper end is equipped with a counterweight device. The form is easy to open and the kettle side occupies a small space.




    Autoclave is also equipped with safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature measuring element, steam inlet and exhaust valve, sealing ball valve, trap valve and other valves and instruments, and drainage pipe connector for users to choose.




    Materials used:


    1) Q345R-GB713 special mold double size container plate.


    2) 16MnⅡ forging flange production.


    3) The nozzle of DN100 is made of φ133×25, and the material is 20-GB9948.




    Process:


    1) Annealing of the kettle door after welding.


    2) Magnetic particle inspection shall be carried out after all the cutting teeth of the flange of the kettle body are polished.


    3) Use double size container plate to ensure that each section has a longitudinal seam.


    4) The material is tested physicochemical (tensile, impact, etc.) to ensure its strength.


    5) The weld shall be subjected to 100% X-ray inspection, and 2.1MPa water pressure test shall be carried out after passing the inspection. The whole process shall be comprehensively inspected by the resident supervision and inspection of the Special Inspection Institute.




    Safety measures: (Triple protection)


    1) The manual reducer is equipped with mechanical interlock, and the pressure inside the kettle cannot be shaken.


    2) Manual limit safety interlock device, manual jam the kettle door, open the door.


    3) Electric limit safety interlock device, used in conjunction with manual limit, connected with electric cabinet, with pressure rotation electric cabinet sound and light alarm.




    Automatic autoclave technology Key points:


    Autoclave is a low cycle fatigue pressure vessel. Therefore, the correct selection of the material of the main pressure components is particularly important, and Olinspang follows five principles:


    1. According to the use conditions of the container: such as the design temperature (design pressure, medium characteristics, operation characteristics), the material should be selected with sufficient strength, which is necessary for the autoclave to withstand various loads.


    2. Toughness is required. The poor toughness of materials directly affects the service life of autoclaves considered by low cycle fatigue stress, and is one of the main reasons for the brittle failure of autoclaves.


    3. Good manufacturability, the main requirements of good weldability, in order to improve weldability, should strictly comply with the relevant provisions of the use of carbon content of less than 0.25% and low sulfur phosphorus high-quality steel, the need for better cold and hot processability.


    4. To have good corrosion resistance.


    5. Reasonable price and sufficient supply of materials.




    The structural design of automatic autoclaves strictly follows the following four principles:


    1. The weld should be as far away from the stress concentration as possible.


    2. The structural discontinuity should be smooth transition, such as the connection between the kettle cover flange and the dome, the connection between the kettle body flange and the cylinder body should be smooth transition, and the fillet weld should be rounded.


    3. Avoid the use of excessively rigid structures, such as the cylinder and the head can not be reinforced at will, only one of the several supports can be fixed, and the support uses a small envelope Angle.


    4. Avoid excessive local stress.
